WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Collaborate & Integrate: Dive into IAM team tasks, defining and configuring new integrations. Your contributions will help streamline the processes and enhance security.
- Innovate & Evolve: Participate in the evolution of the App Integrations Model, ensuring it meets new business needs and stays ahead of industry trends.
- Coordinate & Define: Work closely with the Functional IAM Team to design the right Authorization Model for app integrations, ensuring seamless and secure user experiences.
- Support & Solve: Assist the IAM Functional Lead in providing N2 support to the customers. You’ll be the go-to expert, responding to Service Now tickets with precision and care.
WHAT YOU BRING:
- Language Skills: Communicative English and fluent Spanish are a must. You’ll be interacting with a diverse team and global customers.
- Experience: You should have at least 1 year of experience in a Technical Business Analyst & Support team, with a solid understanding of IAM software administration and support.
- Education: A Bachelor’s Degree, Certificate of Higher Education, or Vocational Education and Training is required. We’re looking for a strong foundation on which to build your skills.
- Technical Proficiency: General technical skills in IAM are essential. Familiarity with Agile tools like Kanban, Jira, Confluence, and Service Now will set you apart.
