Customer Success Specialist

Based in the heart of Dublin’s Silicon Docks (Dublin 2), our client has been at the forefront in changing the internet and online technologies as we know it.

This will be a hybrid working role between remote and onsite.

They are looking for a Customer Success Specialist with 1+ years experience in a customer success/service, or sales role, along with excellent communication skills. This will be a contract for a period of 9 months.

You will join a team which supports our client’s hardware and software solution post-sale processes to ensure new customers have a successful onboarding journey.

Working hours: 1:00-9:00 PM Monday-Friday as the team is mainly supporting customers based in the US.

What will a Customer Success Specialist do?

  • Provide an excellent onboarding experience to new users.
  • Call retailers to assist completion of tasks that lead to product activation.
  • Assisting retailers with initial hardware troubleshooting.
  • Build key relationships with core team members and be a valuable contributor.
  • Problem solves to constructively and continuously identify and implement improvements.

What does the Ideal Candidate look like?

  • 1+ years experience in a customer success, customer service, or sales role.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Background within a technology or online services company highly desirable.
  • Strong reporting/data analysis skills beneficial.
