We are searching for a German speaking Contracts and Agreements Specialist to join a fast paced dynamic environment and team, in this role you will be collaborating with global teams across multiple geographies.

- Review and Negotiation: Review, draft, and negotiate various types of contracts and agreements, ensuring they align with company policies and legal standards.
- Compliance: Ensure that contracts adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, as well as internal policies and guidelines.
- Risk Management: Assess and manage risks associated with contractual agreements, advising internal stakeholders on potential legal and business implications.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, business development, and legal to understand business objectives and facilitate agreement processes.
- Contract Administration: Maintain accurate and organized contract records, including tracking key dates, milestones, and renewals.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve issues or disputes arising from contracts, working closely with relevant stakeholders to find mutually beneficial solutions.
- Legal Compliance: Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations that may impact contracts, and ensure organizational compliance.
- International Contracts: Handle contracts with an international scope, considering cross-border legal and regulatory requirements.
- Recordkeeping: Maintain a comprehensive and organized database of contracts, agreements, and related documents.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements in contract management and implement best practices.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate and manage contractual relationships.
- Confidentiality: Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information contained in contracts.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- At least 3-5 years’ relevant experience negotiating technology agreements in a SaaS, IaaS or Cloud company
- Experience dealing with SaaS or software licensing transactions and supporting a sales team
- Fluency or proficiency in German.
- Proficient in negotiation and influencing, with a knack for conducting non-confrontational, mutually beneficial discussions.
- Enthusiastic about collaborating closely with sales and sales support teams to efficiently close deals, emphasizing a pragmatic approach.
- Familiarity with working in an international context or relevant international experience.
