Role Description
As the Construction Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing existing relationships with wholesale and building supply companies. You will develop and implement account plans to drive sales growth within these accounts, providing product training and support to wholesale/supplier staff. Additionally, you will negotiate pricing and contracts, monitor sales performance, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction. A significant part of your role will also involve developing and maintaining relationships with builders and contractors in the assigned territory, promoting the company’s products and services, and providing technical advice and support.
Must Have Skills
- Proven experience in account management or sales within the building supplies or construction industry
- Strong understanding of building materials and construction practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
Nice to Have Skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full clean driving license
