WHAT YOU’LL DO:
In this dynamic role, you’ll lead the end-to-end contract management process, from tender bidding and contract drafting to post-signature management. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and global clients, ensuring every contract we manage is a strategic win.
- Lead the tender process: Collaborate with the bidding team and directly engage with customers, ensuring we present competitive, well-rounded terms.
- Draft and negotiate: Take full responsibility for drafting contracts and negotiating terms that protect our business interests while meeting client expectations.
- Support key decisions: Provide critical insights to the Sales Decision Team, ensuring smart, strategic business choices.
- Manage post-signature performance: Oversee contract execution, negotiate amendments, and ensure all contract terms are met – from milestones to deliverables.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in tender bidding, contract drafting, and negotiation.
- Experience working in global organizations is highly valued.
- Contractual dispute resolution and commercial settlement negotiation experience is required.
