Your Mission:
As the Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing processes pertaining to operational workflows. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and coordinate the implementation of system improvements.
Must Have Skills:
- 2-4 years of experience analyzing requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems workflow and write technical documentation.
- Experience working with a ticketing system and with engineers.
- Ability to communicate in a technical attitude
Nice to Have Skills
- Strong SQL skills
- Basic knowledge of system design
- Familiarity with integrity / trust & safety / content moderation systems, and/or customer support processes
