Join our client’s dynamic UK sales team as a Business Development Manager, where you’ll drive business expansion in the Hospitality OR MDU (Multi Dwelling Units) sectors. Key Responsibilities

  • New Business Development: Identify and capitalise on growth opportunities within the Hospitality OR MDU sectors, establishing new reseller partnerships and driving market expansion across the UK.
  • Account Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Resellers, System Integrators, and Managed Service Providers, collaborating closely with key stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales approaches tailored to networking solutions, ensuring each proposal meets customer requirements and stands out in a competitive landscape.
  • Sector Engagement: Build connections with Hospitality clients including hotels, restaurants, sporting venues, and holiday parks, OR with MDU customers such as student accommodations, care homes, and property management firms.
  • Sales Planning: Create strategic sales plans, manage pipelines effectively, and provide insightful updates to senior management on key opportunities and achievements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives, ensuring seamless support for partner relationships.
  • Partner Training and Support: Deliver comprehensive training and ongoing support to partners, equipping them with essential product knowledge and insights.
  • Event Representation: Represent the company at major industry events and trade shows, building brand presence and cultivating valuable industry connections.

About You

  • Hold a full UK driving licence and are flexible for nationwide travel, with occasional overnight stays.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including experience delivering impactful presentations and training sessions.
  • A minimum of 5 years in IT product sales within the Hospitality or MDU sectors.
  • Strong organisational skills, adept at managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proven success in relationship-building with C-Level leaders and technical teams.
  • Skilled in market research and competitive analysis.
