Your Impact:
- Identify and prioritize key business requirements to drive product development.
- Analyze and document product scope, ensuring alignment between clients and product teams.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of user needs and competitive landscapes.
- Create clear and concise user stories to guide product development.
- Evaluate and rank client requests based on business value and impact.
- Support the development process through objective analysis and inspection.
Ideal Candidate:
- 4+ years of previous experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional, multi-location, and multi-cultural teams
- Knowledge of software development processes and methodologies
- Experience in writing user stories and requirements documentation
- Fluency in verbal and written English
The ideal candidate might also have:
- Experience in the Healthcare or Retail software industry
- Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to overcome challenges
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and perfectionist instincts to get the job done right, the first time
- Preference for a high-intensity, high-energy work environment
- Understanding competitive differentiators in the optical market software space is a plus
- Proficiency in an additional language is an asset
- Willingness to travel
