This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced .NET Developer with a strong focus on REST APIs and Azure technologies to join their Global Development team in the rewrite of their world-renowned software.

Role Description
As a .NET Developer, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and deploying RESTful APIs using .NET technologies. You will implement scalable solutions using Azure services such as Azure API Management, Azure Functions, Service Bus Queues and Topics, Logic Apps, Azure Data Factory, and Databricks.
Additionally, you will conduct load testing to identify bottlenecks and implement optimisations for high-performance, collaborate with the team to design architecture that scales and meets business requirements, and maintain up-to-date documentation of system architecture and configurations.
Must Have Skills
- A degree in Computer Science or an IT-related field
- 5+ years of experience in .NET development
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Azure stack development
- Strong experience with RESTful API development
- Proven expertise in Azure technologies, including but not limited to Azure API Management, Azure Functions, Service Bus Queues and Topics, Logic Apps, Azure Data Factory, and Databricks
- Hands-on experience in load testing and performance optimisation
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Azure Bicep or Terraform
Nice to Have Skills
- Advanced Certifications in Azure technologies
- Experience in implementing policy rules in Azure API Management
- Working knowledge of Cosmos DB, MS SQL Server, and Gen 2 Data Lake storage
