You will be a crucial player in our client’s Service Partner ecosystem, embodying their brand values, overseeing daily operations, and nurturing team growth.
Here’s what you will be responsible for:
- Empower Your Team: As the EU regional Channel Account Manager, you will serve as the backbone of operations across multiple EU countries. You will provide steadfast support to local service managers, foster a culture of openness and inclusivity, and lead by example.
- Ensure Operational Excellence: You will meticulously oversee every aspect of your partner’s performance. Serving as the KPI expert, you will drive and monitor success while encouraging collaboration. Continuous improvement will be your guiding principle, and you will instil a sense of ownership that propels your team towards shared goals.
- Elevate Customer Experiences: You possess a deep understanding of exceptional customer journeys, and you will guide national service managers and partners to deliver just that. When customer issues escalate, you will be the solution. Utilizing trends as your allies, you will continuously refine the service experience.
- Navigate Through Change: In our client’s ever-evolving and fast-paced Digital-Power world, your adaptability will be tested daily. However, as a leader, you will rise to the challenge, supporting your teams and consistently delivering outstanding results, regardless of the changes that come your way.
- A minimum of 5 years leading leaders and managing partner relationships in a service-focused environment.
- Experience in the Renewable Energy sector, giving you a unique edge in understanding the industry’s nuances.
- Proficiency in working with CRM tools to streamline operations.
- You’ve been a part of previous change management projects, so you’re well-equipped to navigate transitions.
- You are ready travel when needed to ensure success across your EU regions.
- Business level of English.
