Is temporary work the right option for you?
Temporary workers are able to work flexibly, taking on a variety of short-term jobs; we offer contracts for anything from one month to 23 months. However, sometimes this can mean a lot of admin, including chasing up wages and irregular payments. With Allen Recruitment Consulting, that’s no longer a problem; your contract will be with us, and we sort out all your admin and taxes for you so you can get paid on a regular monthly basis.
That means you can focus on the work and enjoy all the flexibility and freedom of temporary work. If you’re looking for even more control over your job, you might want to look at our contract option. Alternatively, for longer-term stability we also offer permanent opportunities.
How does it work?
To begin your temporary contract, all you need to do is look at our jobs board and click on a link to apply for it. We will then be in touch to connect you with your own dedicated recruiter, whose job is to work with you throughout the application process and be your representative to the client. They’ll also be there to make sure absolutely everything is in place for your first day.
Once you start work, we will be your main point of contact. Your contract will be with us, so we will pay you on a monthly basis. You will fill out an online timesheet for all the hours you’ve worked, and besides that you won’t have to worry about the admin; we’ll take care of all your employment costs automatically. We’ll also cover employment costs such as holiday pay, depending on the benefits provided by your role.
