Is contract work the right option for you?

You will have complete control over the companies you choose to work for and the roles you take on, which allows you to take advantage of your expertise in your chosen field.
While this usually comes with a lot of admin, we take care of all of that with our automatic invoicing and billing system. You’re able to work flexibly with some of the world’s top brands without any hassle or chasing up late invoices. Contracting is a great option for those who are experts in their fields and want to specialise, helping different companies to grow and develop, as well as for those who want to be their own boss and manage their own finances.
If you’re not looking for this level of control over your career, a permanent role might be a better option for you. And if you’re just looking for short-term work, our temporary option will be a good fit for your needs.
How does it work?
Our contract option begins with you looking through our jobs board and clicking on a role to apply for it. Your own dedicated recruiter will then get in touch, working with you throughout the application process and afterwards as your representative to the client. We’ll provide you with help applying, and make sure you have everything you need to start the role.
Once you land the job, you will have a business-to-business contract between your Limited Company and us. That means we can take care of all your invoicing and billing, while you will still have complete control of your finances, so will continue to pay any employment taxes, insurance and similar expenses yourself. All you will need to do is fill out an online timesheet to let us know how many hours you’ve worked. We’ll take care of invoicing the client for you and paying you every month. Our contracts generally last for between six months and two years, and as soon as they finish we’ll be working with you to find your next one so you don’t need to worry about downtime.
