Our client is a leading provider of water treatment solutions, offering innovative products and services for municipal, industrial, and commercial applications. They are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join their dynamic team and drive the company’s sales efforts across Europe.

Role Description

As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients. You will present customised solutions, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Must Have Skills

  • Proven experience in sales or a similar role
  • Strong technical background and understanding of Reverse Osmosis, Filtration and Water Softening products
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

Nice to Have Skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
