As part of their continued growth, they are seeking an Operations & Business Process Improvement Project Manager to play a critical role in shaping how they scale and deliver on their mission.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role where you’ll shape processes, manage transformation, and enable the business to scale effectively.

The Role…..Reporting to the Head of PMO, you will:
- Map and document business processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead end-to-end project management across multiple strategic initiatives
- Build and manage detailed project plans, budgets, timelines, and risks
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, external vendors, and stakeholders
- Facilitate workshops, sprint planning, and reviews to keep delivery on track
- Ensure smooth transition from projects to Business as Usual (BAU), establishing robust SOPs and processes
- Provide clear, concise communication and status updates to senior leadership
About You
We’re looking for someone with a strong foundation in business process analysis, project delivery, and change management who thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
Education & Certifications:
- Degree (3rd Level)
- Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Green/Black Belt preferred)
Experience:
- 5+ years in Project Management & Process Improvement
- Proven track record in creating/maintaining project plans and managing risks, dependencies, and resources
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and communication
- Past experience implementing or improving project processes and governance
- Exposure to start-up/scale-up environments (advantageous)
Technical Skills:
- MS Office Suite, MS Project, and MS Visio
- Strong presentation and communication skills
