Our client, a global software solutions provider, is seeking a seasoned Technical Product Management Specialist to take ownership of key platforms and drive the evolution of their internal and customer-facing tools. Role Description
Reporting into the Product Director you will lead sprint planning, backlog grooming and retrospectives and own the full product lifecycle for internal and customer-facing SaaS tools, from discovery and requirements to delivery and ongoing optimization.
You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, customer success, and operations to prioritize initiatives and align objectives, ensuring that the tools are scalable, secure, and deliver measurable business and user impact.
Must Have Skills
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Specialist in a SaaS Azure Cloud environment (including Azure DevOps, Microservices, Containerisation, Serverless Computing)
- Proven track record of launching and optimising internal and customer-facing SaaS tools
- Previous experience working with platform teams or infrastructure-related products
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and data flows across systems
- Background in B2B SaaS products or developer-focused platforms
- Experience in scaling processes and tooling across growing organisations
- Strong technical acumen and ability to communicate effectively with developers
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- Comfortable working with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
