Overview
Our client, a leading international software company is seeking a proactive and highly organised Office Manager to oversee the smooth operation of its Dublin 15 headquarters and support global office facilities. This role combines office administration and facilities management, ensuring an efficient, professional, and well-maintained workplace.

Role Description
As the Office Manager you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to key executives, organising and prioritising tasks and office functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations including but not limited to coordinating company travel, managing meeting rooms and events, overseeing reception duties, maintaining office supplies, and supporting HR with recruitment tasks. Additionally, you will manage global office lease agreements, coordinate facilities maintenance, and act as a keyholder for the company serving as a key liaison between various internal and external stakeholders.

Must Have Skills

  • Full, clean drivers license & car owner
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in office administration, facilities management, or a similar role, preferably within a multinational company
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage office operations and facilities, including lease agreements and service contracts
  • Proven track record in:
  • coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements
  • event planning (corporate wide business & social company events, conferences)
  • project coordination
  • vendor management
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize workload effectively
  • Approachable, proactive, and comfortable engaging with employees and external guests at all levels
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and demonstrate initiative
  • A passion for people and workplace culture—you love making a difference in the way teams work together.
