Our client, a rapidly growing insurtech startup, is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Motor Insurance Specialist to play a key role in launching their motor insurance products in the Swedish market. As the Motor Insurance Specialist, you will leverage your deep understanding of the Swedish MTPL (Third Party Liability) and Casco (Comprehensive) insurance market to help our client establish a successful presence in this dynamic industry.
Role Description
As the Motor Insurance Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting our client in developing and implementing MTPL and Casco insurance products for the Swedish market. You will work closely with the team to create all necessary documentation, understand the data landscape, map out business processes, and ensure compliance with relevant Swedish insurance regulations.
Must Have Skills
- Proven experience working in the policy administration department for motor insurance in a Swedish insurance company (minimum 2 years)
- Strong understanding of MTPL (Third Party Liability) and Casco (Comprehensive) insurance products
- Experience with creating and managing insurance policy documents (offer documents, policy documents, green card documents, etc.)
- Familiarity with relevant Swedish insurance regulations and legislation
- Ability to understand and interpret data related to MTPL and Casco insurance (public data sources, databases, etc.)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Swedish and English (both written and verbal)
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience working in an insurtech or startup environment
- Experience leading a team
- Experience with the Swedish insurance market (familiarity with Swedish templates is a plus)
