European HR Manager

The Role:
As a Senior European HR Manager, you’ll be instrumental in influencing, implementing and supporting key HR strategies and initiatives localised across the European region. You’ll contribute to cultural development, help enhance leadership capabilities, and support the growth of a high-performing and engaged workforce. Working closely with the European MD and the wider HR team, you’ll ensure robust HR operations and compliance, while also having the opportunity to mentor and guide regional HR Business Partners. This role involves significant hands-on work and project management in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Program Management: Support the development and execution of HR programs aligned with European business goals.
- Cultural Support & Engagement: Assist in leading post-restructure transformation initiatives and fostering a positive, engaged culture.
- Organisational Change Support: Aid in managing and facilitating organisational change and agility initiatives.
- Talent & Performance Management: Drive and support talent acquisition, performance review processes, career development programs and succession planning.
- Compensation & Benefits Implementation: Help implement and manage a harmonised reward and benefits structure, including annual salary reviews.
- Compliance & Risk Mitigation: Ensure adherence to European labour laws and contribute to risk mitigation efforts.
- Learning & Development Initiatives: Collaborate on the development and implementation of learning and development programs.
- HR Data Analysis: Contribute to the analysis of key HR metrics and KPIs to inform operational decisions.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven HR professional with significant pan-European experience.
- Solid background in the technology, software, or systems integration sector.
- Experience in supporting or leading aspects of cultural transformation and organisational change.
- Highly autonomous and hands-on, with a practical and results-oriented mindset.
- Skilled in implementing modern HR practices and operations.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities.
- Good understanding of European employment law and HR compliance.
- Open to travel to European office sites (approximately 1-2 days per week, as needed, primarily to France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands).
