Our client, a leading SaaS company focused on transforming B2B data and discovery, is currently seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to join their dynamic team. Role Description
As the Business Operations Manager, you will be responsible for owning cross-team project coordination, improving internal workflows, and driving the execution of high-priority initiatives. Working closely with the executive leadership, you will facilitate structured communication between product, design, engineering, and business teams, ensuring alignment and efficient delivery.
This is a fully remote 12 month contract role (potential to be extended) and our client will consider candidates based in any country as long as you match all the must have skills and are at the top of your game.
Technical Must Have Skills:
- Project Management Experience – Minimum 3-6 years of experience in operations, delivery, or project management roles, with a strong understanding of SaaS product development and agile methodologies.
- Operational Expertise – Proven ability to streamline processes, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement across finance, reporting, documentation, and compliance.
- Stakeholder Management – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with C-level executives and leading cross-functional teams.
- Technical Proficiency – Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, ClickUp) and a solid understanding of software development lifecycles.
- Adaptability and Ownership – Thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment, with a proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Technical Nice to Have Skills:
- Reporting and Analytics – Experience in creating and maintaining dashboards, KPIs, and OKR tracking to support data-driven decision-making.
- Business Process Optimization – Ability to identify and implement process improvements, streamlining workflows and enhancing operational efficiency.
- Change Management – Demonstrated expertise in navigating organizational changes and driving adoption of new processes or systems.
- Agile Methodology – Familiarity with agile principles and experience in facilitating scrum ceremonies or other agile practices.
- Technical Documentation – Proficiency in creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation, including user guides, process manuals, and training materials.

Educational and Certification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree – A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
- Project Management Certification – A recognized project management certification, such as PMP or Scrum Master, is highly desirable.
