Cyber criminals often use familiar-looking or convincing company logos, real employee’s names, language, and links to fake websites that appear to be those of real organizations. These criminals might also seek fees for services they will never render. During the initial recruiting process, Allen Recruitment will not solicit non-work related personal information such as a social security number, credit card number, date of birth, bank account information, or marital status. Allen Recruitment does not take payment from candidates for employment or visa purposes and will not be liable for any kind of loss or damage incurred because of dealing with such entities.
If someone sends or offers to get you a visa, they do not work for or represent Allen Recruitment and are likely seeking to defraud you.
Emails to applicants that originate from Allen Recruitment will end with “@allenrec.com” Allen Recruitment does not use email accounts such as @allenrec.org, @yahoo, @gmail for recruiting purposes, and you should assume that any such email is fraudulent and not from Allen Recruitment.

If you ever have doubts regarding the legitimacy of an email communication, website, or any other relevant issue relating to Allen Recruitment, please email your concern or question to: [email protected]. When doing so, please generate a new message and send the original questionable letter or email message as an attachment; if it an email message, do not change the original subject line of the email you received or edit the original message’s content in any way.

Genuine emails from Allen Recruitment will always end with “@allenrec.com”. Any email from an address using different domains like “@allenrec.org”, “@yahoo.com” or “@gmail.com” should be considered fraudulent.
- Use of Unofficial Channels
Allen Recruitment does not use WhatsApp, Text / SMS messages, or Telegram for recruitment purposes. Communications through these channels should be considered a scam.
