Our client is a dynamic technology company that is revolutionizing the way businesses identify and engage with each other through their innovative B2B data solutions. They are currently seeking a talented Senior UI/UX Designer to join their team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of their cutting-edge platform.
As the Senior UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive user research, creating visually appealing and responsive user interfaces, and iterating on designs based on user feedback and usability testing. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with various stakeholders, collaborating to research, design, and bring the company’s vision to life.
This is a fully remote 12 month contract role (potential to be extended) and our client will consider candidates based in any country as long as you match all the must have skills and are at the top of your game.
Technical Must Have Skills:
- Extensive UI/UX Design Experience – Minimum 5 years of experience as a UI/UX designer, with a proven track record of designing visually stunning and user-friendly web applications.
- Proficiency in Figma – Demonstrated expertise in using Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and design implementation.
- Agile Methodology Experience – Experience working in an agile environment, collaborating closely with development teams to deliver pixel-perfect solutions.
- Responsive Design Expertise – Ability to create responsive designs that provide an optimal user experience across various devices and screen sizes.
- User-Centric Design Approach – Strong focus on user research, usability testing, and iterative design to ensure designs meet the needs of the target audience.
Technical Nice to Have Skills:
- Familiarity with Jira – Experience using Jira for project management and collaboration, which will be beneficial in this role.
- Passion for Innovation – A keen interest in staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, and a willingness to explore new approaches to enhance the user experience.
- Excellent Communication Skills – Ability to effectively communicate design concepts, rationale, and guidelines to cross-functional teams, including developers and stakeholders.
- Adaptability – Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and able to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
- Attention to Detail – Meticulous attention to detail to ensure pixel-perfect designs and a seamless user experience.

Educational and Certification Requirements:
