We’re hiring a number of Senior Investment Analysts into a pan-European investment business with a genuinely international analytics set-up. You’ll work close to the investment process, partnering with senior stakeholders and helping shape decisions through rigorous modelling, thoughtful assumptions, and calm, well-structured recommendations.
What you’ll work on
- Lead analysis on portfolio acquisitions and valuations
- Build, improve and challenge forecasting / scenario approaches (incl. ML where it’s useful)
- Develop robust analytical workflows in Python + SQL
- Turn complex analysis into clear narratives for investment committees and leadership
- Review outcomes from past deals to improve future decision-making (strong continuous-improvement culture)
What tends to do well in this environment
- Strong hands-on Python (data work + modelling, not just “data storytelling”)
- Confident SQL and comfort working with imperfect, real-world datasets
- Experience in one or more of:
- credit / risk / valuation
- portfolio analytics
- treasury / markets analytics
- quantitative modelling / forecasting
- A communication style that’s direct, structured, and low-ego—able to explain complexity without drama
