Required Skills:
- Proven experience in designing scalable, secure, and resilient data architectures within cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Expertise in ETL development, data pipelines, and orchestration tools like Airflow or Azure Data Factory
- Hands on current proficiency in Python and data processing frameworks such as PySpark or Polars
- Deep understanding of data storage solutions, including relational, non-relational, and Delta Lake technologies
- Strong knowledge of data governance, quality monitoring, and compliance standards
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with global data harmonization and cross-regional data governance
- Familiarity with data orchestration and automation in large-scale environments
- Knowledge of other orchestration tools or emerging data processing technologies
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field
- Significant experience in data architecture and engineering leadership, whether formal or informal
- Track record of mentoring high-performing data teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders

- This role is fully remote but you must be located in and be able to work in Finland
