We’re growing a Portfolio Analytics team inside a pan-European investment firm. You’ll be surrounded by experienced analysts, get exposure to real-world valuation work, and build practical modelling skills fast—without needing to pretend you have 10 years’ experience.

What you’ll do day-to-day
- Help prepare datasets for valuation and portfolio analysis (cleaning, structuring, sense-checking)
- Build and improve analysis in Python (and sometimes R) and SQL
- Support forecasting / scenario work (you don’t need to be an expert yet—just willing to learn)
- Turn analysis into simple explanations for non-technical stakeholders
- Contribute to improving templates, tooling, and repeatable workflows
What we’re looking for
- Commercial experience is a plus, but we’ll also consider strong grads with real projects
- Comfortable with:
- Python (pandas / notebooks / basic modelling)
- SQL (joins, aggregations, pulling datasets)
- Excel (solid basics)
- A degree (or equivalent) in something quantitative: maths, stats, econometrics, physics, engineering, data science, finance
- Most important: you’re curious, careful with details, and you like problem-solving
Nice-to-haves (not required)
- Time series basics, regression, or any ML exposure
- Finance interest (credit risk / valuation / markets) — you can learn the domain on the job
- Data viz (Power BI / Tableau) or cloud familiarity
