This is a high-impact BI Analyst position focused on building dashboards and reporting that business teams actually use. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business, plus Data Engineering and Data Science, to turn requirements into trusted KPIs, clean reporting logic, and clear decision-ready insights.
What you’ll do
- Build, maintain, and improve Power BI dashboards and reporting views
- Translate business needs into KPIs, reporting logic, visuals, and analytical outputs
- Partner with Data Engineering to ensure reporting is built on well-defined, trusted datasets
- Spot inconsistencies in reporting and help improve data quality and metric definitions
- Deliver ad-hoc analysis to support performance monitoring and business reviews
- Reduce dependency on manual reporting by standardising reporting processes
- Document dashboard logic, sources, KPIs, and reporting definitions
What we’re looking for
- Experience in a BI / analytics role (e.g., business analysis, portfolio/financial/ops analysis, reporting)
- Strong ability to work with raw data: structure it, sanity-check it, and make it usable
- Confident communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proactive, organised, detail-oriented (important when working with financial/operational metrics)
Must-have technical skills
- Power BI (strong hands-on experience)
- DAX (strong knowledge)
- SQL (good working capability)
- Data modelling for reporting + dashboard design + KPI definition
- Appreciation for reporting governance and data quality
