If you’re a math-first graduate (or close to graduating) who’s done an internship / placement / 2–12 months in an analytical role and you want your work to actually influence decisions, this is it.
This isn’t a “reporting + dashboards” job. The Wrocław team supports portfolio valuation and investment analysis — your outputs feed into real investment calls, not just slide decks.
What you’ll do (real work, real data)
- Take messy datasets and turn them into clean, defensible analysis
- Build in Python and SQL
- Support forecasting / scenario work and help improve models over time
- Explain conclusions clearly to non-technical stakeholders (what we know vs what we assume)
This role is a strong match if you are:
- A maths/stats/econometrics/physics/engineering/quant finance graduate (or similar)
- Comfortable with Python basics (pandas, notebooks, logical modelling)
- Comfortable with SQL basics (joins, aggregations, pulling datasets)
- The kind of person who checks their work and cares about being right, not just fast
Finance experience is not required. Strong analytical thinking is.
Why it stands out (especially early-career)
- You’ll get genuinely strong in Python + SQL + modelling + decision support
- High visibility work, in a team that values competence and good judgment
- Fast learning curve with proper support — ideal if you want momentum early in your career
- Wrocław setup with in-person collaboration early on (better onboarding, faster progression)
Location & working style
Wrocław, Poland (hybrid) — but as a junior, the team prefers you’re mostly in the office at the start to ramp quickly.
If you’re a hands on analyst who wants to get genuinely strong at Python + SQL + real analytics, this is the kind of role that accelerates you.
