Overview
Our client, a leading organisation in the healthcare sector, is seeking a talented and experienced Application Support Agent to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong background in XML and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Role Description
As an Application Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to the users of the European database on medical devices (EUDAMED). This will involve analysing XML files, identifying errors, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for documenting all relevant information and maintaining the internal knowledge base.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong knowledge of the XML mark-up language
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills (written and verbal in English)
- Previous experience in end-user assistance of information systems
- French Language Proficiency – Fluent in French, both spoken and written
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience working with ticketing systems, Atlassian JIRA is a plus
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, HTML or CSS is a plus
