With an international presence spanning Ireland, Spain, the USA, and Australia, our client is growing and seeking a passionate User Experience Designer / CX Product Owner to become part of their vibrant team.

About You: As an experienced Customer / User Experience Product Owner, you have a proven track record in designing commercial, complex, personalized, and dynamic customer journeys. You understand the significance of key customer context and behaviours, catering to a diverse global customer base. Your innovative mindset is exactly what we’re looking for.

What You’ll Do: Reporting directly to the CTO and collaborating closely with C-Suite Stakeholders, your core responsibilities will include:

  • Contributing to the overall product strategy and product roadmap.
  • Collaborating within Agile (Scrum) feature teams to define Epics and associated stories, along with areas of research (Spikes), to create elegant, intuitive, and innovative user-centered designs.
  • Working closely with UI/UX designers to enhance UX/CX capabilities and incorporate User Feedback. You’ll also be responsible for researching, monitoring, and capitalizing on trends in customer personalization.
  • Collaborating with the Commercial team and Customer onboarding teams to understand their priorities and requirements, which will feed into the Product pipeline.

Summary Profile:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, HCI, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in CX / UX Agile software product design, with a focus on defining Epics and stories that prioritize Customer Experience Personalization (Enterprise CMS, DXPs, Journey Management).
  • Familiarity with digital transformation processes that connect CX, EX, and UX to ensure superior shared experiences and enviable CX metrics.
  • Experience with enterprise data analytics & dashboards at scale.
  • An appreciation of Cloud technologies (e.g., AWS) and an understanding of Machine Learning and Generative AI and how they are leveraged in CX personalization.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) to produce wireframes and both low and high-fidelity prototypes.
  • Fluent in English with no visa restrictions for occasional international travel.
