We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Telecom Channel Sales Manager to join our client, a leading global information and communications technology solutions provider. In this role you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by developing strategic partnerships with Telecom companies in the enterprise domain.

Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure annual sales order and revenue targets are met.
- Proactively pursue and cultivate Telecom business opportunities in the enterprise domain through sell-to and sell-through strategies.
- Drive product inclusion in Telecom portfolio for effective channel selling.
- Develop comprehensive Go-To-Market strategies with local Telecom Partners and create business plans at monthly, quarterly, and yearly intervals.
- Implement CRM plans to enhance customer relationships and ensure satisfaction among key decision makers.
- Engage with local Telecom customers/partners, generating leads and managing the sales pipeline to meet quotas.
- Foster partnerships with Telecom Partners and associated ecosystems.
- Formulate tailored channel policies and marketing plans for local Telecom Partners.
- Strategically plan and lead projects and named accounts to achieve successful outcomes.
What does the Ideal Candidate look like?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as telecommunications, computer science, or electronics.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the telecommunications, IT, infrastructure, or cloud industry.
- Extensive experience in technical sales management and growth within the telecommunications sector, preferably with Tier 1 telecom operators or enterprise clients.
- Proven ability in building and maintaining relationships at the CxO level, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English, along with fluency in either Dutch or French.
