As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the best possible experience for customers. Your main responsibilities will include tracking and resolving customer cases, analyzing common issues, and improving service processes based on customer feedback.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Ensuring Customer Satisfaction: Track and follow up on unresolved cases, provide updates throughout the resolution process, and coordinate with departments to ensure timely solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify common issues, analyze root causes, and develop improvement plans. Utilize customer feedback to refine service processes and enhance overall satisfaction.
- Effective Communication: Monitor ongoing customer interactions, ensuring their needs are met while aligning services accordingly.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 1-3 years of customer service experience, ideally in an internet-type company or support their clients (Voxpro, CPL, etc).
- Fluent in English and native-level Spanish.
- Business experience in translating written material from English to additional language.
- Strong IT skills.
