Technical Support Specialist

Location: Onsite, London

Are you looking for an interesting role in Technical Support where you can gain experience and exposures to build a great CV?

This is an opportunity to take full ownership of your work having the backing of a multinational tech organization.

What will you do?

You will provide 1st Level Deskside Support staging new laptops to be sent out to end users using a ticket management system and processing end users old laptops that are returned to the warehouse.

What do you need?

  • Experience staging new laptops and maintenance of the used ones
  • Experience working with ticketing system
  • Previous experience working in Deskside Support Services will get the manager impressed!
