What will you do?
You will provide 1st Level Deskside Support staging new laptops to be sent out to end users using a ticket management system and processing end users’ old laptops that are returned to the warehouse.
What do you need?
- Experience staging new laptops and maintenance of the used ones
- Experience working with ticketing system
- Previous experience working in Deskside Support Services will get the manager impressed!
- 1 year in Deskside Support Services.
- Experience in HW & SW Break and Fix/Troubleshooting.
- Experience in IT asset management requests.
