Our client, a multinational IT company, require a Technical Support Specialist with 1+ years of relevant Information Technology experience to join their dynamic team.

What will you do?

You will provide 1st Level Deskside Support staging new laptops to be sent out to end users using a ticket management system and processing end users’ old laptops that are returned to the warehouse.

What do you need?

  • Experience staging new laptops and maintenance of the used ones
  • Experience working with ticketing system
  • Previous experience working in Deskside Support Services will get the manager impressed!

Minimum Requirements

  • 1 year in Deskside Support Services.
  • Experience in HW & SW Break and Fix/Troubleshooting.
  • Experience in IT asset management requests.
