Our client a global leader in SaaS healthcare solutions, is seeking a skilled Technical Application Support Engineer to join their thriving Toronto team. This hybrid (3 days in-office) role allows you to contribute remotely while building connections with colleagues.

In this role, you will:
- Empower healthcare professionals: Provide technical support and installation assistance to clients across North and South America.
- Problem-solve with a purpose: Troubleshoot critical and urgent client issues, ensuring a smooth user experience.
- Share your knowledge: Create and update technical documentation for ongoing system improvement.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Holds an IT degree (or equivalent)
- Has 3-4 years of experience in technical application support or installations for complex software systems.
- Possesses strong IT knowledge, including Windows/Linux systems and databases (MySQL or similar).
- Is fluent in written and verbal English and Spanish.
Bonus points for:
- Experience with MS Azure, C#.Net, React, Entity Framework, Azure SQL, and Bicep.
- Familiarity with development, DevOps, and QA tools (Jellyfish, Jira Align, QA systems, pipeline building software).
