Are you an experienced Supply Chain Analyst ready for an exciting challenge in a dynamic, global tech environment? We are seeking a talented individual to join our client’s team within the Global Supply Chain Operations. This is a fully remote role based in Poland, with a 12-month contract and the possibility of extending to 18 months.

You will play a pivotal role in operationalising of our client’s global supply chain for the arm of their business responsible for AI infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with European data centres, and the Design Manufacturers global team to ensure seamless coordination, on-time hardware delivery, and top-notch operational performance. This role will also involve interfacing with suppliers, developing relationships with manufacturers, and managing the fulfilment and logistics processes.

Key responsibilities include purchase order placement, supplier performance management, budget oversight, and real-time problem-solving in the event of supply chain disruptions. As a representative of our clients sourcing operations in the region, your ability to lead, communicate effectively, and collaborate across functions will be crucial to success.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate proactively with European Data Centres, Procurement Operations, Sourcing Managers, and Hardware Design Manufacturers to ensure timely and predictable hardware deliveries.
  • Improve fulfilment and delivery KPIs with Data Centres and Hardware Design Manufacturers globally.
  • Manage the approval and budget processes to secure purchase orders in line with lead times for both the client and Hardware Design Manufacturers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Hardware Design Manufacturer factories to ensure smooth operations.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives related to fulfilment and logistics.
  • Synthesize and communicate findings to cross-functional teams and quickly resolve potential supply issues.
  • Handle global supply chain or live data centre disruptions, with support from international teams.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 3 years of supply chain experience, ideally within the technology, data centre, or semiconductor industries.
  • Strong analytical and operational skills with a deep understanding of supply/demand, manufacturing, and logistics.
  • Proven experience in manufacturer operations for hardware products.
  • Ability to drive KPIs through product ramp, sustaining support, and end-of-life cycle management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in negotiation, consensus building, and strategic decision-making.
