Our client, a global leader in technology is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst (Data center) to join their team. You will play a pivotal role in operationalizing the company’s global supply chain, specifically in interfacing with Europe-based data centres and Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs) factories.

  • Proactively collaborate with European Data Centers (DCs), Procurement Operations, Sourcing Managers, and Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs) to ensure timely and predictable arrival of data center hardware.
  • Enhance coordination and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) for fulfillment and delivery with DCs and ODMs.
  • Oversee approvals and budget processes to secure purchase orders within lead times for both direct and ODM-related procurement.
  • Support the operations team in prioritizing builds, allocating capacity, adopting new technologies, managing pricing variations, and leveraging global hardware capabilities for competitive advantage.
  • Forge strong manufacturing and operations relationships with ODM factories.
  • Develop improvement plans for supplier processes to enhance fulfillment and logistics initiatives.
  • Efficiently analyze and communicate findings to internal cross-functional teams, while proactively addressing and resolving potential supply chain issues.
  • Handle real-time global supply chain disruptions or live data center challenges, with assistance from international teams when necessary.


  • 3+ years of supply chain experience in technology, hyperscale data centers, semiconductor industry, and/or associated industries.
  • Analytical and operational experience with an understanding of supply/demand, manufacturing, fulfilment, and logistics.
  • Manufacturer operations experience for hardware products with demonstrated manufacturing knowledge in multiple manufacturing models.
  • Experience driving KPIs with manufacturers, through product ramp, sustaining support, and end-of-life cycle.

Preferred qualifications

  • 5+ years of supply chain centric technical experience in hyperscale data centers, semiconductor industry, automation/robotics and/or associated industries.
  • Experience interfacing with internal & external partners in an entrepreneurial and cross-functional environment, requiring a latitude for independent judgment while coordinating people and technical resources.
