Service Support Level 2 – Contract/Freelance – €200 Per Day – Belgium
Based in Brussels, our client is a global leader in consulting and digital transformation, specialising in hi-tech transactional services, unified communications, cloud, big data and cybersecurity services.
They require a Service Support to join them on a day rate rolling contract basis. This will be an initial 3 month rolling contract for at least 12 months.

What will a Service Support do?
· Supervision of correct registration of users request and ticket management in SMT environment
· Local team coordination for day-by-day activities
· Project oriented vision for local activities
· Ability to work directly in contact with multicultural users and solution oriented vision
· 2nd level troubleshooting and problem solving
· Management of escalation Process
· Focal point for local and central management Teams
· Local Workstation and Servers Administration Operator (with the Central Back Office Team)
· Able to manage classified and reserved information
· Ticket management under the respect of contractual SLA and Site responsible for the result of metrics
· Ability to coordinate an operative team and work with other Team managers
· Responsible of all documentation related the local Site process.
· Good spoken and written knowledge of English and German (min. B2)
· At least 4 year(s) of work experience in a similar job (traineeships counting as experience).
· Good expertise on informatics environment (Microsoft OS client and Server, Office
· automation tools; internet browsing, Linux an MAC OSX client and Server)
· Fluent German and English
