Service Designer
Based in Amsterdam, our client is a global leader in selling furniture and home appliances with a brand recognised worldwide.
Our client requires a Service Designer with 4+ years’ experience in a Service Design/Research role. This will be a 6-month B2B contract position, ideal for candidates with their own Ltd company.
This is a hybrid role, with the opportunity to work both from home and in the client’s offices in Amsterdam.
Pay rate per day: €350- €420

Our client’s Fulfilment Management Solutions (FMS) transformation initiative aims to improve, add to and accelerate their current capabilities connected to warehouse and fulfilment operations in their fulfilment units. One of the main purposes of FMS will be to meet and serve their customers and co-workers more efficiently in an omni-channel environment.
The Service Designer will be part the ILO&FF DXD team and will be assigned on research and service design initiatives that come from the FMS initiative.
What does the Ideal Candidate look like?
- 4+ years experience in a Service Design/Research role
- Strong skillset in business and systems thinking
- Strong experience in exploratory research
- Capable of visualizing data and information
