Our client is a global pharmaceutical company focused on developing first-in-class and best-in-class therapeutics that provide meaningful advances to patients who live with serious and life-threatening rare genetic diseases.
They require a Senior Tax Analyst with 3+ years of Corporate Tax experience, to join them on a 23-month contract that has potential to be extended.

What will a Senior Tax Analyst do?
- Assist the EMEA and US tax teams in the preparation of quarterly and yearly tax reporting under US-GAAP and IFRS, including dealing with financial auditors.
- Work with external service providers as required in order to meet our corporate tax compliance obligations.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly VAT work papers/returns and manage the relationship with external providers in meeting indirect tax compliance deadlines.
- Ensure accurate completion of templates for tax payments, journal entries and monthly account reconciliations.
- This role will also incorporate some other tasks in the tax department such as preparing and maintaining process documentation, maintaining compliance and risk trackers and supplier management.
What does the Ideal Candidate look like?
- Minimum 3 years Corporate Tax experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Irish Tax Institute qualified/Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
- Experience tax reporting under US-GAAP and IFRS
- Proficient on Microsoft office especially Excel/Word/Power BI etc.
- ERP experience, ideally Oracle/SAP
- Nice to have: Experience with data analytics tools/tax software an advantage
