Position Overview:
As a Senior Policy as Code Consultant, you will be at the forefront of providing secure and compliant cloud services. You will be responsible for developing and implementing Policy as Code (PaC) frameworks and leading large-scale security PaC projects. This role requires a deep understanding of cloud computing service provider business models, with a focus on Microsoft Azure.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement Policy as Code (PaC) frameworks to automate security and compliance checks within cloud environments.

Lead and participate in large-scale security PaC projects, ensuring the successful implementation of policies and procedures.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PaC solutions into the clients’ cloud service offerings.

Provide expert guidance on cloud security best practices, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.

Stay current with industry trends, emerging threats, and advancements in cloud security technologies.
Qualifications:

Proven experience (5+ years) in developing and implementing Policy as Code frameworks.

Strong background in cloud computing service provider business models, with a focus on Microsoft Azure.

Expertise in security and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, HIPAA).

Familiarity with industry practices, including PaC related open source tools or commercial products (e.g. Open Policy Agent, HashiCorp Sentinel, Chef Inspec, Checkov, pulumi, and AWS/Azure/GCP cloud-native PaC services), and master their respective functional features and usage scenarios.
