We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Risk Management Specialist to join a leading multinational conglomerate in Malmo, Sweden on a part time (3 days per week) basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a renowned company that designs and sells ready-to-assemble furniture, kitchen appliances, and home accessories.

Role Overview:
Our clients Operations Management Information security and Data privacy team is developing an approach for managing risks related to Digital suppliers (third parties) across the value chain.

The assignment includes developing the Third-Party Risk Management framework based on the market practices and the clients Risk Management and Compliance methodologies, develop processes and key metrics to make sure that new and existing Digital suppliers comply with Information Security and Data Privacy requirements, develop and implement required capabilities and governance for managing third party risks.

Knowledge

  • Experience in Governance, Risk Management and Compliance (GRC).
  • SME level expertise in risk management processes, frameworks and procedures.
  • Familiarity with digital tools to support TPRM processes.
  • A deep understanding of the different risk domains pertaining to third parties (e.g., Information Security, Privacy, Compliance, etc.) and their unique requirements.
  • Ability to develop meaningful measurement metrics and indicators to drive continuous improvement.

Minimum Candidate Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in Governance, Risk Management and Compliance (GRC) with SME level expertise in risk management processes, frameworks and procedures.
  • Proven experience in developing and managing a third party risk management monitoring and reporting processes that tracks third party risks.
  • Demonstrated experience in inspiring change and leading large-scale Third Party Risk Management program in large international companies.
  • Deep understanding of the different risk domains pertaining to third parties (e.g., Information Security, Privacy, Compliance, etc.) and their unique requirements.
  • Familiarity with digital tools to support TPRM processes.
  • CISM and/or CISA certification is a plus.
  • CRISC certification is a plus.
