Our client, a global leader ranked top 3 in networking solutions, is seeking a dynamic and ambitious Regional Sales Account Manager to join their expanding UK B2B team. This exciting opportunity is based in Scotland and focuses on developing the SMB and Enterprise Networking Business. As a Regional Sales Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and fostering strong customer relationships within a specified territory.

Role Description
As a Regional Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing a diverse customer base, including System Integrators, Managed Service Providers, VARs, Installers, and potential end-users. This role requires a strategic approach to sales, involving detailed planning, competitive analysis, customer profiling, and the execution of comprehensive sales and marketing plans. You will focus on various vertical markets, including Public Sector, Education, Healthcare, Hospitality, HMO/MDU, Unified Communications, and CCTV/Security.
Must Have Skills

  • 5+ years of IT product sales experience, working with system integrators, managed service providers, and professional installers
  • Full UK driving licence with ability to travel nationwide
  • Strong customer-facing skills, including competence in training, presentations, and professional business planning
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels of customer organisations, including C/D Suite level executives

Nice to Have Skills

  • Networking sales experience
  • Project management experience
  • Detailed market research and analytical skills
  • Experience in presenting and educating customers on enterprise networking solutions
  • Familiarity with Business WiFi, Managed Switching, Routing, and CCTV security product categories
