Responsibilities:
- Deliver fully integrated technical project components with minimal guidance.
- Proactively develop support tools to elevate customer satisfaction and self-service capabilities.
- Develop new libraries and conduct end-to-end testing to ensure efficiency, performance, and reliability.
- Investigate and report bugs with a deep understanding of product architecture.
- Identify, track, and resolve technical issues promptly
- Analyse data to inform product design, manage datasets, and run queries.
- Plan and execute projects, selecting the best methods to achieve your goals.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer-facing issues related to specific products.
- Recommend and implement software solutions for medium-complexity problems.
- Work closely with technical teams and build stakeholder networks for effective cross-team collaboration.
- Assist in onboarding new team members to maintain high code quality standards.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 3+ years in process management and QA. Experience in the gaming industry, particularly web/HTML5 games, is a plus.
- Technical Savvy: Strong understanding of SDK and API integration, functionalities, and configuration.
- Technical Mastery: Expertise in QA tools and methodologies with the ability to meet deadlines and perform under pressure.
