Based in the heart of Dublin’s Silicon Docks, our client has been at the forefront in changing the internet and online technologies as we know it.

They’re looking for an Proposal Manager with 3+ years of similar experience within a multinational company, to join their team.

As a proposal manager in the public sector, the candidate will provide support to the sales team of a leading cloud service provider in crafting responses that showcase the business benefits to clients. They will collaborate across various teams and time zones, overseeing multiple responses concurrently to drive proposal creation while maintaining the confidentiality and accuracy of all documents.

Key Functions

  • Develop and execute proposal plans for submissions, liaising with internal stakeholders such as sales, commercial, legal, and compliance teams to devise effective strategies and management approaches for delivering high-quality proposals.
  • Analyze customer requirements and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and partners to formulate compelling and compliant responses that increase the likelihood of success.
  • Craft compelling proposals that highlight technology differentiators, ensuring adherence to compliance standards and the contribution of valuable insights to reusable knowledge databases.
  • Take charge of all proposal-related activities, including the development and execution of bid strategies, establishment and enforcement of timelines, coordination of reviews, integration of feedback, and timely submission of complete and compliant proposals.

Must Have Skills

  • 3+ years of experience within a proposal/bid management role.
  • Strong experience in proposal writing/copywriting.
  • Experience developing, managing and winning proposals, preferably with Public Sector clients.
  • Experience gained within a sales team/environment highly desirable.
  • Fluent English.
  • Additional EMEA language highly desirable.
