We are looking for a Project Manager – Private Markets with + 3 years of Project Management/Business Analysis experience, to join their expanding team in Poland.

Location: You will be working remotely from the territory of Poland with occasional visits to the office in Krakow or Gdansk.

About the role: You will be managing a team of 3 working on a new project, helping investors in making decisions, resolving their issues and collecting their feedback.
About you: You have very strong Analytical skills with some management experience and also experience with private equity and implementation. Business analysis or data analysis background would be great!
3 MUST HAVE skills:
- People management and Data Management experience
- understanding of business intelligence tools and principles
- Knowledge of private equity and implementation
What will you do?
- Work with the business and technology teams to enhance the frameworks, adding new functionalities
- Onboard beta clients for new functionality; create a playbook and train the Private Markets Automation Implementation team
- Prioritize enhancements to the product and manage the IT projects
- Manage the enhancement priorities including creating functional requirements specifications
- Provide user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Subject matter experts to the Private Markets Automation Delivery team to standardize and create best practices
You must have as a minimum:
- + 3 years of Project Management/Business Analysis experience
- Data management experience
- Understanding of business intelligence tools and principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, MS Project)
- Knowledge of private equity and implementation
