Our client, one of the globally recognized furniture retailers, is seeking an experienced Project Analyst – Renewable Energy Implementation to join them on a 22-month hybrid B2B or PAYE contract in Malmo, Sweden.
Responsibilities:
As a Project Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting and monitoring the planning and execution of renewable heating and cooling projects across various countries. Your responsibilities will include defining project monitoring structures, implementing indicators for planning and execution, and supporting the evaluation of resource needs. You will also ensure accurate tracking of investments and maintain essential project documentation.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Experience in coordinating and tracking project deliverables is essential.
- Strong understanding of performance management principles and experience in defining goals and indicators for project monitoring and follow-up.
- Ability to analyse performance data and provide insights for improvement.
- Proficiency in analysing complex information and data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Ability to use data visualization tools to create dashboards for effective communication and decision-making.
- Understanding of financial planning and budgeting processes, including cost estimation and tracking.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to ensure adherence to project budgets.
