Program Manager (Vendor Support)

Based in the heart of Dublin’s Silicon Docks (Dublin 2), our client has been at the forefront in changing the internet and online technologies as we know it.

Our client is currently conducting all interviews online and are onboarding all new workers remotely.

They require a Program Manager with 3+ years’ experience in program development & project management join them on a 6 month contract.

What will a Program Manager do?  

· Organize, prepare for, and run cross-functional meetings; identify action items and initiate next steps with all stakeholders.

· Develop and maintain program guides and training resources, which include but are not limited to internal process documentation guides and end user guides.

· Assist in project management for various initiatives, including communication and training.

· Coordinate meetings and draft communications; support development of presentation decks or other project resources

· Act as first line of support with internal clients; understand business needs and ensure completion of next steps

· Maintain all resources such as contract and performance review templates, team site and other program documentation

· Create and maintain all program documentation for team growth and support onboarding of vendor team / additional temporary personnel as needed

· Vendor Operations Specifics

· Support supplier selection (“RFP”) process with Procurement; create templates and engage with internal clients

· Schedule Quarterly Business Reviews (“QBRs”); review decks provided by vendor partners and share feedback

· Audit operational support program by reviewing closed issues, flagging areas for improvement and sharing program innovation suggestions

· Review and compile program metrics such as tickets and volume forecasts

What does the Ideal Candidate look like?

· 3+ years’ experience in program development & project management

· Experience with Google products such as Drive, Docs, Sheets, Sites, etc

· Comfortable pulling data reports, generating pivot tables, compiling dashboards

· Background in vendor management or outsourcing, procurement, supplier selection etc a plus
