Mandarin Speaking Product Onboarding Coordinator
Are you ready to be part of a team that provides a seamless onboarding experience for clients adopting new cloud technologies and products? We are currently recruiting for a Product Onboarding Coordinator with Fluency in Mandarin, in this role you will be responsible for working with partners and clients to ensure they have the knowledge of the core cloud products offered.
Our client is currently conducting all interviews online and are onboarding all new workers remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the end-to-end onboarding process of new and clients and guide them through the onboarding journey while identifying and resolving potential issues; facilitate resolution calls with customers; and liaise with external teams to ensure on time delivery.
- Collaborate with product teams to ensure you as the Product Onboarding Coordinator have the required understanding of multiple products.
- Optimise and manage several Dashboards that will allow clients to go live with products.
- Actively collaborate with Product and Engineering teams.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, allowing you to efficiently manage data and perform tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated interest in advancing your career in Operations Management and/or Project Management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to quickly address issues during the onboarding process and facilitate resolution calls.
- Superb communication skills to interact confidently with individuals at all levels.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with new team members and existing hiring managers and HR teams
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field to demonstrate a strong educational background.
- Fluency in spoken and reading Mandarin is essential to this role.
