Our Partner is a Global Engineering Company, who are looking for a Payroll Administrator for the HR Department in Antwerpen. In this position you report into the HR Manager Benelux. (Salary between 32k Euros – 52k Euros Depending on experience!)

Your Tasks:
▪ Being able to provide Payroll administrative support and HR administrative support:
▪ Payroll Administration:
▪ Being able to process the complete payroll administration;
▪ Updating the SD Worx payroll system;
▪ Overtime hours of service engineers: registration, monitoring, controlling and payroll administration;
▪ Recording and following training and medical checks (with the prevention advisor); deliver certificates for the personnel employee files from field service and workshop engineers;
▪ Keeps the digital personnel files up-to-date;
▪ Handles the digital personnel records in the personnel administration system;
▪ Checking the holiday administration and registration. Making sure of an accurate and up to date holiday administration. Checking up on the employees if the holidays are processed in a correct manner;
▪ HR-tasks related to wellbeing of employees;
▪ Follow up of payroll and travel related insurances, namely hospitality and other benefit insurances, key-contact with insurers;

HR Administration:
▪ Company car administration and follow-up;
▪ Compliance administration for new joiners and follow-up;
▪ Checking up on the invoices of the mobile phones of the employees;
▪ Application of the A1 forms for the employees;
▪ Administration for the bike mobility program;
▪ Is responsible for correct and professional correspondence;

Your qualifications:
▪ You are a qualified payroll administrator with at least 5 years of experience with payroll administration;
▪ You have a financial background with knowledge of payroll administration;
▪ You are assertive and motivated with the ability to work independently as well as in a team;
▪ You can work under time pressure and you have excellent financial skills;
▪ You are methodical and pays attention to detail;
▪ You have a professional attitude;
▪ You have a good command of the English language (spoken and written);
▪ You are living in the Antwerpen region and in possession of your own transport.
