We are seeking a Partner Solutions Architect to join our clients’ team. Our global client is renowned for their continuing advancements in online technologies that have changed the world. An ambitious, fast-paced forward-thinking company with a very creative culture. 
 
The successful candidate will work closely with customers, partners and sales teams providing technical engagements across a wide area of competencies to help drive new business. You will use your deep understanding of the product and the needs of clients, working with the Product and Engineering teams to improve the overall product experience.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Deeply understand AR/VR products, architecture and integration components – become a Subject Matter Expert 

  • Engage customers and Channel partners to understand their business objectives and demonstrate the value proposition of AR/VR solutions, delivering customer pre-sales technical engagements 

  • Guide our customers and Channel partners implementations and technical growth, identify key system architecture components, propose and help clients build solutions that unblock deployments. 

  • Build strong technical relationships with existing customers and drive growth and adoption of Reality Labs and our client’s products 

  • Enable Channel partners on AR/VR solutions 

  • Troubleshoot technical issues “hands on” when required 

  • Create documentation and develop best practices to help both our client and customers 

  • Engage with business, product and engineering teams to drive the success of AR/VR products by providing customer feedback 

  • Flexibility to travel up to 20% of the time 

What you will need to succeed in this role 

  • 8-10 years experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Consultant or Partner/Sales/Solutions Engineer
  • Experience working in partner ecosystems 
  • Knowledge of the enterprise software space and I.T. management areas such as device and mobile management
  • Experience with API’s – understanding how to connect company infrastructure with others
